1. Who we are

2. What we sell
We sell paid advertising placements on a public ranking board. A payment is the price of an ad placement for the current season. It is not a donation, a deposit, an investment or a purchase of any ownership. We do not promise traffic, clicks, sales or any other result from an ad.
3. How ranking works
- Each whole-dollar payment (from $5 to $2500) adds strength to your brand for the current season. Strength equals the sum of your payments, each multiplied by 2-t/7, where t is the number of days since the payment.
- Brands are ranked by strength. The higher the rank, the larger the ad is shown. Ranks change whenever anyone pays. No position is guaranteed, not even for the time remaining in the season.
- A season ends every Sunday at 23:59:59 UTC. A payment made in the last 5 minutes extends the season by 5 minutes, up to a total extension of 6 hours. After the season ends, the board resets to zero. A payment only counts in the season in which it was confirmed.
- The brand ranked first when a season ends is recorded in the Hall of Fame together with its name, website and statistics. The entry is permanent.
4. Payments and refunds
- Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers on their own pages. We do not see or store your card or wallet details.
- A placement starts when the payment provider confirms the payment to us.
- If someone outbids you, you do not get a refund. This is how the service works, and you confirm it when you pay.
- If we reject or remove an ad that complied with our Ad Policy, or if we cannot show your ad because of our fault, we refund the payment for the affected season.
- If we remove an ad because it breaks our Ad Policy or the law, we do not refund the payment.

5. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and buy placements for business or professional purposes. You must have the right to advertise the brand and the website you submit.
6. Your ad
You are responsible for the content of your ad and for the website it links to. Ads must follow our Ad Policy. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display your brand name, tagline, link, colour and message on the site, in our feed, on our social channels and in our emails for as long as the ad is live and in the Hall of Fame afterwards. We may check, hold, reject or remove any ad at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes, law and contact
