Ad Policy
Version 1.0 · template, not yet reviewed by a lawyer
1. How ads are reviewed
Every ad is checked automatically before payment. Ads that trigger a rule are held for manual review: you are not charged until a person approves the ad. We may also review, change the status of or remove any ad after it goes live. We do not have to explain every decision, but we try to.
2. Not allowed
- Anything illegal, or that helps others break the law.
- Gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries, binary options and similar.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramids, "guaranteed income", unregistered investment or trading offers, crypto giveaways.
- Adult or sexual content and escort services.
- Weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen data, hacking tools, fake documents.
- Fake reviews, impersonation of other companies, people or authorities, phishing, malware.
- Hate, harassment, threats and content that targets private individuals.
- Misleading medical, financial or legal claims.
- Websites that do not belong to you, or that you may not advertise.
3. Format rules
- The link must be an https website that you control. No redirects to other domains, shorteners or IP addresses.
- No phone numbers, email addresses or extra links inside the tagline or message.
- Brand name: up to 32 characters. Tagline: up to 70. Message to rivals: up to 80.
- Do not imitate protected names (for example well-known brands, payment systems or public authorities) unless the brand is yours.
- Messages to rivals may be competitive, but not abusive.
4. All slots are advertising
Every slot on the board is a paid ad placement and is shown as such. A higher rank only means a higher payment. It is not our endorsement.
5. Reporting
To report an ad, write to kamzkama@gmail.com with the brand name and the reason. We aim to react within one business day.
6. What we may do
We may hold, reject or remove an ad, ask you to change it, or block repeat offenders. Refunds follow the Terms of Service.
